Our XeBMff600 baguette moulder icorporates the newest technology with traditional methods to produce great baguettes, and all narrow bread molds. Rolling cylinders are made of non-toxic material and allow a perfect regulation according to the dough portion weight. Extension belts can be regulated separately to obtain required extension according to dough portion weight. Operators can obtain narrow pieces from approximately 100 to 1,200 grams.
