The Xebeco baguette moulder allows for perfect regulation according to dough portion and weight.

Our XeBM3-700 baguette moulder incorporates the newest technology with traditional methods to produce great baguettes, and all narrow bread molds. Dough is laminated first then wrapped, rolled, and extended through two belts with opposite rotations. Rolling cylinders are made of non-toxic material and allow a perfect regulation according to the dough portion weight. Extension belts can be regulated separately to obtain required extension according to dough portion weight. Operators can obtain narrow pieces from approximately 100 to 1,200 grams.
